Freedom to Pray City of Edinburgh Council is petitioning COSLA, the Scottish local authorities’ organisation, in favour of ‘buffer zones’ at all Scottish abortion facilities. It means peaceful pro-life vigils, a lifeline to vulnerable women considering abortion, are under threat.
