Potential re-opening of Catholic Church buildings in Scotland

Work continues moving the Catholic Church in Scotland safely forward. The  information below lets you know the direction of travel and will be the main topic of the  Pastoral council meetings in both Musselburgh 14th and Tranent 21st.

All things being equal and the necessary permissions given by the First Minister on the 18th of June then I propose that we aim to open our church buildings (initially, for private prayer only) from Sunday 28th June.

This date is of course provisional and times are still to be decided.

Father Basil.

‘Parish Resources’ are available on the link below. They contain useful safety and  directional posters which could be used during the planning stage of re-opening.
